Since our last practice event was a huge success. We were able to negotiate official dates for drifting with the Yakima SPeedway. Our first official drift day will be May 17, 2009 at 2pm drivers will be meeting at about 12pm for lunch and safety/tech talk please email me if you will be interested in drifting. Spectating will be free and drifting will be $25 same goes to pit observers $25. We are not requiring roll cages or 5pt harnesses but is strongly urged that you have these for your safety if you decide to get more serious about it. You will need a helmet and working seat belts at the ver least, more tech requirements will be noted as well as a couple of waivers you'll need to sign before drifting.

On top of all this we were also able to negotiate an airport field local to Yakima that is a half mile long and over 50 feet wide to continue our dreams of drifting in the Central Washington area.
