Never ran a Dellorto, and never have had a boost prepped carb. I did have a weber 480 DCO for a while. However, Robert at rotary shack IMHO is really the authority on this. I know some people have not had good experiences with him. However, my own personal experiences with him have been nothing short of fantastic, and everything I was sold was of the highest workmanship and quality. Last time I did business with him was in 2004, but I no longer have a FB, so I don't really have a reason do do business with him anymore.

I can't give you any good suggestions on idle jets, because my carb likes really weird sizes for some reason; I'm running 50F9s, while it seems like most people are in the 60-70 range.
For the main jets I would start with something like 215 or 220. Use some relatively small air correctors; I'm running 150s and my setup seems to like them.
As far as emulsion tubes... there are a lot of opinions on this, and it really comes down to guess-and-check to get the transition right. Since you have a small, fast-spooling turbo like me, you're going to need something that will bring the main jets online quickly. If it were me, I'd try F3s or maybe F2s to start with. Hyper4mance2K has a long thread about Weber emulsion tubes in the first-gen section that you can use to help you figure out what you need. I'm running F11s, but for a lot of people that might be too lean.
Leave the accelerator pump jets alone for now. You might or might not end up needing to change them later, but you need to get the idle circuit where it needs to be before you'll know.
Has the carb already been boost prepped? Remember that an important part of boost prepping is installing the biggest needle valve you can get your hands on. I think 300 is the largest Weber makes, dunno about Dellortos.
