every 240 out there was a wannabe silvia. s13-14-15 whatever they are all a new breed of ricers "jdm ricers" fast or not. its not a silvia no matter what. its a 240sx.

i saw the car up close after the event. it wasent that bad at all. especially them being from japan where they can get r34 parts for dirt.

I'll give you that that its a wannabe Silvia...at least he wants it to be, but it is still a fast car nonetheless. I'm just saying its a little rarer than most "SR-20s." Its the black top with a 6 speed. I havent seen one around yet...but then again I'm not looking too hard. No need to argue though.

Sounds like I missed a good event.... I could hear it from Canyon's when I was having lunch out on the patio.... The cars sounded pretty awesome. And I'm pretty sure I heard a rotary art one point....?? But I wasn't there so who knows?! Glad you all had a good time

BOth Rx7 lost out in the first round lol, kinda lame that the two coolest cars (R34 v FD) got paired against each other in the first round and someone had to lose right away.
I had a pair of sparco driving gloves that I got signed by Rhys Millen which was really sweet, I don't think they will help me drift like him but they will carry some sentimental value everytime I look at them
I thought it was a shame that the intec racing built s13/15 car tossed the engine in practice, cause they were leading practice qualifing and had a really good driver from japan ready to win the event.
Overall I had a very good time, everywhere I looked I saw nice cars and pretty girls...what more could a guy want ?

Had a blast, took the wife and my mom....they both went nutz when Tanner and JR got it on!! The ending was like wow, never seen that in any my Option videos, that one is going on the top 10 list fer sure. Thursday night was great, I sucked, but having the FD guy's lining up with us for practice runs was surreal! Alex Pfeiffer rode shotgun with me for 3 runs and then drove my car for 2 more, got lots of input on how to dial my car in....more steering angle, power......and of course more money to get that......
Anybody who missed it, missed the event of the year as far as motorsports goes for our area.

Well if you are talking about the practices on Friday, then it started out being pretty much tandem battles then as the evening wore on, they were tuning the cars then going for a run. I did hear however that Thursday they had something going on with drivers in the area having the Formua D driver parctice with them or something like that. I didn't go to that cause I had to work

You missed out, I had Alex Pfieffer ride on 3 runs with me and then he drove my car for 2 more runs. Learned alot, need to work on getting more angle out of my steering(R&P conversion already done) On the last run I bent my tie rod so untill the cement gets pour'd this Friday, I'm "Rexless" in Carnation.
