You molded the front bumper? How are you going to remove it if you need to do some work behind it?

spray gun controls
1. top **** at back "fan control" makes the patern wider or narrower. Your paint instructions should give the patern size
2. 2nd **** at back "fluid control" amount of paint to the tip
3. 3td **** at the bottom of handle "droplet size" makes the paint mist drops larger or smaller. smaller size usually giver smother finish. must also reduce the paint to the proper viscosity.
if that is a hvlp gun regulate to about 30# at gun, more with long hose at tank.
keep gun 90' to surface and hold same distance throughout pass . start off edge shoot accross and off other edge.

***********!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!BEFORE FLAMING - THIS BODY WORK IS FAR FROM PROFESSIONAL - AND SHOW CAR WORTHY. THIS IS MY FIRST BUILD AND TAKE THAT INTO CONSIDERATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!********* ************ Thanks

Alright - Tons Of progress

Spent a Day working on my car - Just me - No distractions! it was awesome!!

I wish i could do it more.

So I Received my Water Temperature neck thingy to put in my radiator hose

So Now my gauges are all wired up - All senders working and its awesome. Here are my readings at Idle w/ Electric Radiator fan on. The Car had been running maybe 15 minutes or less.

Water Temp:

Oil Temp:

Oil Pressure:

I am going to be redoing all my wiring soon aswell

Than I just continued Work on the body

Replaced the Plastic Trim around the Driver Headlight - Also Installed new Headlight.

Hood Pins Reinstalled

Reinstalled Hood Latch - Dont want people stealin **** from my engine bay

Reinstalled Driver Door Panel

Continued to sand the filler - Lots and Lots of sanding

The Door Moldings are a pain in the assssss

While all the filler was drying I checked to see if there were any exhaust leaks. My car is quiet loud for my taste. I guess it is because when I drove it With no interior it makes it sound a lot louder than it really is.

Can a Header make that huge of a differance in sound? My car had gutted cats already.

So what I did was

Header
Test Pipe (Could increase sound? As I said Gutted cats already)

Than Stock Y pipe and Two Cans.

I guess its just me

Started to mask stuff up for primer

I KNow this is not Professional at ALL - This is my first build and it is far from perfect!!!

I am really shocked that I have made it turn out so good (in my opinion). I thought it would look like ****. But I accually really like it.

The next day :

Went to bed that morning 4Am or so - Work up at around 10am - Pulled her out of the garage and started snapping pics. yes I realized i missed a couple spots on the rear bumper - Dont grill me on that one hahah

looking damn good my man! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE WEAR A ******* RESPIRATOR!!! I will mail you one right now if you dont have one or cant afford one.. Seriously i have been doing this for years and my biggest regret in life is not taking the steps to be safe when i first started.. IT WILL CATCH UP WITH YOU!!!

Sorry, had to lecture, i hate to see somone throw thier life away, ****, meth is more forgiving than painting!!! (i suggest the 3m or survivor air full mask, its cheap and safe as it gets besides fresh air)...

Otherwise i love the way its going, cant wait to see color on it!!!

Good job getting this far and staying with it. The wiring under the hood should be added to your to do list.

Looks Good My prodjuct has been 7 years in progress

helpfull hint
let primer and filler dry for at least a month in a warm/ hot area to shrink the filler/primer. Shoot guide coat ' thin coat contrast primer and block sand to find 'low spots' correct spots reprimer , let dry month and block sand if ok use color.
