Anyone Know A Chris Parks from WA? (Scamer)

He stiffed me and honestly dont know how he did it...

His name is Chris Parks and is from east wenatchee, WA 98802

His Ebay user ID is interior_image_and_design

His email is dragon_fire2580@yahoo.com

What happened was that he purchased an Item from ebay ( http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...m=330200618749 ) he paid with paypal, left possitive feedback and a few days latter I had a reversal from paypal from him. No waring from paypal or anything that the dispute was placed. There is also no way for me to provide proof of delivery with the way he filed the dispute...

Its not a lot of money, but that is not the point. Just be aware that this guy is a scamer.

If you do know him, PLEASE let me know. I hope he is a member on here or another site so I can at least get some fun out of f'ing with him for the money I lost.

That scenario really sucks. I just had the same thing happen with my old PDA phone. Lost out on $140.00 and he still has the phone. Worst part is, my auction is past the 45 day deadline where you can file a dispute, and buyer is from Indonesia or somewhere. Filing a dispute is what I'd reccomend, as well as looking into a "Final Value Fee Credit" from ebay. Best of luck to you!

just to make sure you dont get hung up on id say something like "Hello my name is ____ from a company called _______, we are a shipping company working with ebay. i just had some questions about your product you bought. Did it arrive when expected? Would you have liked it if we shipped it out faster? (pull out your tape recorder) So what did you buy? How did you pay for that?" BAM! now you got his ***!

Ebay just informed me that I will be granted the 'final value fee' for my transaction. So I should be expecting funds sent back to my account shortly.

I would reccomend to use the live help feature on ebay as opposed to email, as nearly all of my emails were never read in full and some sort of automated responce was sent in reply. Do not leave feedback until the situation is sorted out, then leave the buyer negative feedback, and make sure its somewhat constructive. Hopefully you get your $ back!
