And im not trying to continue a rotary vs piston debate.... I own both and love em dearly. But i think its safe to assume that- more often then not, a boosted wankel aint getting to 244k.
Your right a boosted wankel is not gonna live to 200k but what sports cars that is drivin like a sports cars does?

I dont see it being cool driving around in a the same car my grandma drives, fast or not. If you go to the drag track most cars there look like **** that are fast.

Based on that, dump the RX7... I know a 65 year old lady that drives a wicked clean white FD. And she drives the **** out of it too. A ton of "old " people drive cars you drool over.

You should be more specific when posting blanket statements ...

.....you don't have to get all up in arms, its just a fun topic, or at least i thought it was. In fact, i thought this whole topic was a joke, i didn't really think there was anyone who cared enough about wagons to hate them... itsallgooooomang!

lol it is all fun and games.

I really dont see how wagons are seen as cool but thats just my opinion and I am sure their are people that look the same way at fd's. Although I do understand liking to be different, good luck with your wagons.

Wagons are cool, because they are supposed to be uncool. I have had people in other cars hang out their window going down I-5 to take pics of my "uncool", wagon. we had bike cops follow us off of the dyno at Apple Blossom back to our hotel, just to say seeing a wagon on the dyno was hella cool.

Here's a shot of the S.B.W.C. at Pacific back in October, you know you want a black wagon.

Well said chris, my sentiments exactly, its just how unassuming the whole sight is... It bizarre and i love it! the look i get when let off the boost and BOV shrieks or when i walk any given ricer honda product ( not that thats any accomplishment ) I guess ive always loved the unexpected, kinda like when i fell in love with my FC, and how i STILL refuse to boost it. LOL...

but yes. the majority rotarys are ticking time bombs once you push the expensive peddle and owners spend tons of $$$ on mods that are going to kill the motor.
