WA 1991 FC S5 NA stolen - Tacoma

Yeah, so another FC stolen yesterday. If anyone knows of anything, please let me know. Would be much appreciated. It was given to me by my best friend so even though it is stock and without any particular "cool" value, it is a bit sentimental and such.

It was more than likely stolen early Saturday morning from the North End near UPS in Tacoma. Pretty quiet area and I never ran into any issues before for the year+ I've lived here.

Cheers

Thanks guys. No word on it and it has been a week now. As I had suspected, not a good sign. I am now just waiting out my time with the insurance to get another car. I am looking at another S5 and will more than likely travel to SoCal to get one.

To someone's response, yes it has been posted up. I put it up on NorthwestNissans.com, which is where I am most prevalent. Also been on FB posted on NWN, Nwmotiv, my buddy who works at MotoIQ, and a couple other photographers and automotive businesses in the area. People from all over Wa, Or, Id, and in BC know of it. So if it hasn't shown up yet I highly doubt it will.

Thanks for the look outs. It just sucks as it was a gift from a close friend so it held more than just monetary value.

I've never ever seen so many RX-7's reported stolen, until I moved to Washington. Someone in another thread had stated that they were followed the other day. I really hope you get your car back, dude. This is sickening...

They coulda parked it somewhere where no one would suspect it as a stolen car. We found my friends 240sx in the emerald queen casino parking lot, and there is so many cars parked there that it looked like every other car there. So i woukld check around there or other 24 hour places with lots of cars. Who knows you may find it. I hope you find it.

Update. As of an hour ago I got a phone call that my car was found. It was in running order and everything. Just my junk inside strewn around and missing some mail and the receipts and random stuff I kept in the car about the car and its history back several years. Started up without too much issue. Could tell the car was sitting for a bit for it took a second for it to turn over. Sounded normal, smelled normal, felt normal. Thanks for the help guys.

Funny thing is where it was found. It was further north on Yakima for those who know Tacoma/Ruston Way. Way up in the nice area where all the old historic houses are. Got some work to do on her now but at least she is in fine order. Now I can continue with a slight delay in my plans for her. Had been meaning to make an account for a year now and I guess I'll be staying more active.

Cheers!
