RX Tuner Magazine a GO!
The RX Tuner magazine concept is a go. Recently, I posted a survey to gather the community's thoughts and opinions on a rotary only magazine. The results were overwhelming. In 2 days I had 847 responses, with 94% saying they would subscribe to such a magazine, and 70+% of respondants saying they would pay $15+ a year for the magazine.
That said, we're moving forward quickly on development. A very strong team of editors and publishers has been assembled to make this concept reality. We've started on gathering content, in fact, some of you may have been contacted by us to submit articles for the magazine. We appreciate you help very much, it's all of you that are making this possible!
The first issue will debut at SevenStock. We've arragned to have a booth at the event, and will have around 1000 copies to give away. We will also have subscriber cards to pass out at the event. At the same time, we'll have online subscription available, and will distribute the magazine through as many venues nationwide as possible.
The first issue is a prototype, the first 'subscription' issue will be November '03. This prototype, while free, will still contain a very strong assembly of editorial from top names in the rotary world. The magazine will be high quality glossy paper, striking look and layout, professional photography, and completely targeted toward owners of rotary vehicles.
Needless to say, I'm extremely excited about this magazine. It's something we've all been wanting for years, now it's here. The ultimate success depends on subscribers however. Please support us once launched, and we promise to listen to your feedback and make the magazine exactly what you want!
