It is very difficult to understand your post because it only vaguely resembles proper English writing. But I think I have the general idea of what you are asking.
Have you checked the meter fuse?
The speedometer is totally mechanical. It will work as long as the speedometer cable is connected to the rear of the cluster. They have a tendency to get knocked out if they were not properly installed and latched.
Buy a copy of the Haynes manual as it has the wiring diagrams in the back. You'll need those...

i'll try to descibe the problem better
i bought the car with a aftermarket stereo system i removed it and installed the radio amp and speaker box in my other car that same night my tail lights , dashlights and intieror lights went out , now there is no radio and all the connectors in the area around the radio are disconnected yes i i did try the the fuses its confusing because the 7.5 meter fuse was missing and every WAS working i bought new fuses and the haynes repair manual sorry if i wasn't clear before thanks

You want to check the 15 amp Illumination fuse. If the fuse is good make sure the Red/Black wire that goes to the radio is not grounded or shorting out. Gauges are powered by the 7.5 amp Meter fuse.
