Winterizing the Rotary

I plan on storing my 1984 GSLSE for winter (Nov 2010 - Mar 2011) and was wondering what you guys recommend I do to ensure engine internals and fuel system are preserved?

I was just thinking of draining all fluids (coolant, oil and gas). In MN it can get pretty cold but the car will be in a garage (not heated) so the temperature will be between 10F - 30F (on average). I remember when I was rebuilding the engine, surface rust did begin to set in (crank shaft & rotor housings) so I do not want that to happen during the 5 months it will be in storage. Not sure if that's something to worry about once the engine is assembled but when everything was apart, I did notice the surface rust.

I read somewhere that I should spray a lubricant through the spark plug holes and turn the engine over briefly to have the lubricant cover and protect the internals during the storage period. Not sure what type of lubricant though, I assume some type of engine lubricant (or engine rebuild lubricant).

Just looking for some recommendations. Thanks.
