What solenoid is this? (FD)

This is on a '93...Im taking the harness out to do a single conversion, and I'd like to know what to label this solenoid

that is the solenoid gas filter valve. it vents the fuel tank to the manifold.

mine has been sitting in a box next to the car for 5 years

You don't need it but the vapor from your fuel tank will now vent to atmosphere. Find some one that knows a little more than I do about the - effects if any.

Do a search for single turbo vac line diagrams. get other opinions.

or just leave it as is, doesn't hurt anything. your choice.

After doing some searching it looks like it can be removed...It's labeled 'purge control' in this image below.
