Well, sort of.
The stock twin turbo system is quite unreliable, and one way of simplifying it is to go single. But that introduces it's own set of challenges, such as the need to convert to a full standalone EMS and all the plumbing necessary to adapt the intake and exhaust to a single.
Generally single turbo conversions are done when more power that the stock twins can easily provide is wanted.

Twins with the proper modifications in the engine bay make for a reliable setup and great response.
Single turbo is a conversion requiring a significant investment and requires modification to the fuel system and electronics. If you don't have the planning or knowledge, attempting the single turbo setup is certainly not more reliable. Done well, a single turbo setup offers great power, good streetability, and the efficiency of the turbo tends to help reliability.

Thanks deanus,my car doesn't start so i'm getting to get start first.I'm spending some bucks on that bringing everything from US.Rotors and housing are ok.I'm getting rebuild kit from Rotary Beat and a few more parts.
I ask about the single turbo because we don't know if the tween turbos run right. The car was sitting for a big while,it's in good shape besides doesn't start
