Ok yes i do know that this may possibly not be the correct spot to post this, but i need some help asap and i dont exactly have 20 posts. Anyways i bought this FD in February, It came with an ORC racing clutch. With pedal depressed you could hear the throwout bearing roaring. So i dropped the transmission and am stuck... The throwout bearing on the right is the one i pulled out of the tranny, the one on the left is the oem one. My biggest problem is that the bearing that was in there was installed backwards..the bearing was against the pressure plate. I dont even know how it was shifting gears. Another thing is it didnt have a retaining ring nor will either one of the throwout bearings fit into the center hole of the pressure plate.. Needless to say, im lost. Sorry for the story but i really want to figure it out and get her back on the road! thanks for all your help!
