Throttle body adjustments help! :(
Ok so im not a mech nor do i do this for a hobby. But i like to do things on my own and learn new things. So i been messing around with my TPS and the little screw on top of the throttle body and i cant seem to get it adjusted right. I took off the throttle body to clean it because sometimes when i would turn on the car it would hesitate almost as if it had the wrong mixture of air and fuel but it would never turn off, it would slowly reach normal idle. Sometimes it would turn on normally which would go up to 3000rpms and slowly go down to normal idle. While cleaning it i saw the bottom valve open a bit so i adjusted it to be closed like the other two.
Now the car turn on fine so far with no hesitation but only goes up to around 2200rpms when i start it and goes down to about 1500rpms and starts bouncing between 1500 and 2000rpms. I know i have to adjust TPS and the screw on top of the throttle body but i adjusted both and nothing happens as if it where the same settings please help and be patient with me im a noobie :p

Ok idle not bouncing anymore! but now i have to adjust idle speed which stays over 1K. All i need to do i think is adjust the air screw on top of the throttle body. Does anyone know where i need to set the jumper on an S5? The haynes book says behind a front coil but i dont see the terminal they are showing :/

just out of curiosity, on the 3rd gen there is the little screw on the throttle body and then there is a larger screw/**** under the throttle body that is the main idle adjustment screw followed my the small screw for fine adjustment. Is it possible the s5 has 2 throttle adjustments screws as well?
