Storage Bins?Leg Room? Suggestions?
I have an FC and I am 6"7" so leg room is pretty tight! I can get around pretty well if I don't drive that long but on long distances and lots of traffic my legs cramp up. I am considering some modifications, perhaps a racing steering wheel with extender and also was considering removing only one of the bins behind me. I want a stock look and I don't want to hack anything apart but I was wondering if anyone has done this or if anyone has suggestions with pics.
Thanks

im pretty tall too, this is what i did
-removed the sunroof, installed non sunroof skin, extra 1,5-2 inches of head room
-adjustable steering column is a must, smaller steering wheel with extender is a plus, 2-3 inches or legroom
-some seats have predrilled mounting holes so you can move seat rail forward, moving the seat backwards, or you can jut re drill holes.
-properly selected aftermarket seat is what im going to do sometimes soon.

seating
I bought my FC from a guy who is 6'8" and he had loved the seating but I can remember him driving with his head out the sunroof as a joke. The storage bins are easy to remove but the hump in the floor is a support. I would do some supporting before modifying that.

removed seat
I had a first generation with a rear seat which was broken and I removed it, intending to replace it with storage compartments. This was back in the day when there were always a few carcasses at the local juckyard.
I ended up leaving everything out because I could fit my road bike in the hatch without removing the wheels. Maybe you could move the rail back as I did in my jeep.
