Samurai with a 2nd gen Non turbo w/ injector problems
I have a 2nd gen non turbo 13b. my o-rings on my fuel injectors started leaking. i took them off and i numbered each injector to know where they go back. unfortunately they rubbed off.
my question is, two injector say 195500-1350 and in the corner it says 637 the other two says 19550-1350 and in the corner it says 531. anybody know which is primary or secondary?? or does it even matter?
o-ring stop leaking but it doesn't want to start now. plus i seen one of the injectors cup cracked. would that be a problem too?

The 88 injectors are usually HI impedance offset connection.
The pic of those injectors you posted IN the rail are SECONDARY injectors..front and rear,.
The PRIMARY injectors are found basically IN the Keg(block) under a small say 5 inch fuel rail.
What you need to establish is the Firing order(injector connector to the right injector) of those injectors and in order to do that you would look at the color of wiring to each injector.(peel back the plastic sheathing after that piece of tape and that way you can see the wires and also re-tape it nicely.
Light Green wire is for the front primary
LG/W is the front secondary
LG/B is the rear primary
LG/R is the rear secondary

Thanks for Replying, im still confuse. i understand what you said on the connector colors. what i dont understand is how do i know which injector to put on the primary front and rear and secondary front and rear. all four injectors have the same number 19550-1350.

should be self explanatory.
You got a long rail under the Manifold (SECONDARY) it has 2 injectors FRONT and REAR.
You have a Smaller rail that is pretty well tucked under the middle intake manifold(On the KEG) that is the PRIMARY rail (again 2 injectors FRONT and REAR)
The FRONT rotor is the FRONT of the engine, where the pullies are...REAR of course is rear.
Yes,I know that you have 19550-1350's..they are ALL the SAME Injector..all 460cc..

What size injectors does my RX-7 use? What colour are they?
Year Engine Plug Size Colour Part #
84-85 13B NA, low square center, 680cc, orange, 195500-0900
86-87 13B NA, low square center, 460cc, red, 195500-1350
86-87 13B Turbo, low square center, 550cc, tan, 195500-1370
88 13B NA, high square offset, 460cc, purple, 195500-1350
88 13B Turbo, high square offset, 550cc, purple, 195500-1370
89-91 13B NA, high oval center, 460cc, red, 195500-2010
89-91 13B Turbo, high oval center, 550cc, purple, 195500-2020
***NOTE: you will see 2 versions of that Part# and the way of telling the difference is the year of car and where that NOTCH Is on the injector.(if you still are not sure then measure it with an Ohm meter..less that 4 ohms is LO and above that 10-13 is HI impedance)
NOW,it does not matter what injector is Where..you could have put them in a bag and pulled one out and stuck in in a hole..and repeated!..they are the same so they can be used in any injector bung you pick!
It is however important that you get the proper Wiring connector to the proper Positioned injector.
That means IF you have an Injector sitting in FRONT PRIMARY (which would be the front injector on the small rail on the KEG) then the connector wires would have to have a Light Green wire associated with that connector.
