Question rx 7 no starr help

Hi i resently bought a 1988 rx 7 and the headlights didnt work so i tried the fuse box but the fuse cover was not there so i went online but i didnt find anything useful so i kinda rearange the fuses and and the head lights are working but the car does not start so if anyone can send me a pic or a adress to site were i can find the fuse layout it will be helpfull or any other thing that could be a proble that i should take a look at thanks

drain the oil,replace the filter and start off with 4 quarts.
The system I believe holds 6 but there is always residual oil in the cooler.So Unless you drain the cooler you will have less oil that comes out when you change it.(roughly 4 quarts).
Now,you should start reading the ARCHIVES,and also the FAQ's as it has a lot of the usual questions that Newbies are going to ask,

water pump

I got my 88 and i replaced my water pump because i thought it was leaking but wen i put evetything back again it was leaking but behind the alternator wath should i use there silicone or buy a gasket for it

A gasket would be best, but RTV would work if you can't get a hold of one.

question

I replaced all the belts alt p/s etc and i put back everything exept the air pump and now the car doesent want to start and i put fuel in it so u git any ideas what can i look for or do

question

My car i started it and it was like failing and hesitating so i left it runing for a while and then i took it for a ride and it dindt want to go farther than 4000 rpm and then it died and i tried starting it again but it didnt start and there was alot of white smoke
