ON Running Rich

So, I'm running so rich that my friends get headaches from driving behind me...
I've read there's a Lean/rich AFR relay, located passenger side strut tower, and I've also heard it located under air box. I'm looking for some things to help my AFR. I know the normal: plugs, wires and o2 sensors.. but what else runs it rich? MAF?

Help is appreciated, I'ma hitup the FSM for compression numbers, but if you have those too it would help ;D

1990 T2. Thanks.

I wouldn't mess with the settings on the strut tower. That is only for idle.
What exhaust are you running? Usually, that is the culprit with rotaries smelling rich. When you eliminate the cat, that is the result.

The pot on the passenger shock tower is for idle mixture only. I doesn't effect the mixture while driving and I don't suggest you mess with it.

First step is to perform a complete tuneup.

If the car is still excessivly rich, then start troubleshooting.

I'm assuming the car still has the full emission system in tact. If you have removed the cats, it will stink.
