It may seem like a simple question, but seriously, why?
Why do you want to tear up the entire front half of the car to move the steering wheel and pedals over? What possible reason could justify putting several thousand dollars of work into the car just to be slightly different?
Why not purchase a RHD 1st gen from Japan and ship it over?
But to answer your question, no, of course there isn't a kit for this.
