Radio Harness ?

I'm trying to fix all the wiring mess the previous owner did with the radio harness of my car, and there are 2 plugs that I am curious what they are for? Radio is working fine, more curiosity than anything

I think those connectors plugged into the back of the stock radio and fed either the speakers or stock amps.
the passenger side speaker was actually encased in an amp..Big black triangular plastic case, attached to the long bottom grill on the passenger side dash.
then the rear strut towers had Bucket/speaker assemblies with little amps in them(If I remember correctly.
When I put a new deck in I just left all wiring there and ran new stuff to each speaker.

maybe that was already done than, because my rear speakers do work, crappy cause they are blown, but they work nonetheless. Yes I know it had the amps because a few weeks ago I took the passenger door panel apart to fix my door handle, and noticed something going "thud" when I moved the speaker, it was a JLaudio amp going to the door speaker and tweeter....even though it was junk cause you shook it and it sounded like salt shaker

another quick question, if you look at the pic that shows the logicon, you'll see in the back there is a "female" plug that looks like a antenna plug, did the stock radio use 2 antenna hook ups?

Ya,the antenna is in the windshield and also connects to the rear antenna on the car.
The windshield is like a Local and the rear is like DX(distance).
I had a windshield replaced and they never hooked up that antenna,so I can tell you that it doesn't really affect anything.
