I'm trying to get a Rx7 FC TII. im in the bronx, so is really hard to find one. im tired of my NA 300zx 1990 so i want a new project car that is not that expensive as the z32 and that can give me a lots of powers, and that it looks good.... can some on tell me what do i have to lpay attention to wen buying a rx7 of this years, beside rust, high miles and engine problems? i found like 3 of them for less then 2500 but the one that looks the best isa 1987 red, and the front rotor is not compressing right, and im falling in love with the color white.
thanks

Hey, just like you I had a 300zx single turbo too and I am looking to purchase a rotary engine.
Did you by any chance buy one of these cars you were look at, and if you did how is your experience with it so far?

Gen II FAQs ... that include some common problems. anything outside of this might require more specific questions that myself, or someone else will be glad to answer if we can.

on a sidenote since you're in the Boogie Down, you may want to expand your search to the Island, Jersey, eastern Connecticut and Pennsylvania. looks like your price range may limit your choices a bit, but if you're willing to get a U-Haul and gas money, then you can probably find something and tow it back.
