no BAC idles rough
bought a TII with all emissions taken off with the BAC taken off also. when i go to start the car it starts right up and dies. i need to keep my foot on the gas for a min to let it idle on its own. How many have blocked this off or even put it back on for cold start issues? do i really need it?
thank you

It's unsurprising that the car idles rough without a BAC because the BAC is what the ECU uses to regulate the idle.
For the life of me I can never figure out why people remove the thing.
Sounds like the cold start cam has also been removed from your throttle body. Otherwise the idle would hang around 1500 RPM and then slowly drop as the engine warms up.
I suggest you reinstall the cold start cam and BAC. Driving the car in the cold weather (and often in the warm weather) without them is a real pain in the ***.
One thing to keep in mind is that emissions removals are often major hack jobs, so you may also have a few vacuum leaks.
