That's not much to go on, but check the tension of your belts to be sure you're not hearing them slip.

Um the belts are tight, it shifts good but it only does the sound under pushing the gas hard but only through 1 2 3 4 but not in 5th and doesnt make it if gas barely pushed, plus what is the spinning thing that moves on side of tranny when lookin through shift boot hole? It looks like a fan blade or gear

Did you check your trans fluid levels? also if you can make sure that your clutch hasn't worn down.

So this started after the work on the slave cylinder? Check the freeplay on the clutch pedal and be sure it is fully engaging. If the pedal maintains pressure on the master cylinder, the clutch disk will fry. You would get smoke from this eventually. You can check the disk by removing the inspection plate on the top of the transmission bell-housing. If the clutch it working properly, you may be hearing bearing noise from the transmission, which is not a good thing.

I know of no "spinning thing" on the side of the transmission. The only things on the sides are switches and the speedometer cable. At the rear of the transmission you have the output shaft and driveshaft. Also, if you can look through the shift boot area, you're missing a few rubber pieces. It should be sealed off from the interior.

u can make ur own cai, many have done it and it's not hard. u can get mo powa with exhaust upgrade but the most power gains come from porting. but that's an engine build. u can always do a T2 swap. pm me with ur address we can meet up later if u'd like. always up for meeting new ppl near me.

my 86 na does the same wisping noise from the engine area and i cant pin it either. but have had no problems with it. and removing the air pump is ok on a 86. long as u have proper pressure no prob. and if u do ur intake just use a cone filter off the maf and u wont need any other adaption sep right before the elbow there should be a connection(which u wont have to mess with). but thats about it.
