First you need to get a smaller font size
The map sensor in the LTx8 has a vacuum nipple on it. It is not for any wire. Run a vacuum hose from the LTx8 to a vacuum source in the intake manifold. The wires that go to the TPS sensor are marked in the wiring diagram.
Be sure of things and take your time with this install. There are so many things that can go wrong with splicing so many wires into stock connectors, and if you make a mistake you'll be troubleshooting for weeks. I had to build my own wiring harness for mine, and to get it all connected and figured out took nearly 10 months.
Good luck, your gonna need it.

Reallllllllllllly?
I've not heard of that yet. Pics?
My understanding is that the LTx8 is basically an LT8 with an internal ignition coil. The LT8 came out first and that too had a vacuum nipple for the internal MAP sensor. Where did you get your unit? if it is used it could be that some monkey broke the nipple off.
Edit: This is some serious stuff for the new members section. You should check the standalone EMS section of the forum.

map sensor just connected to the stock location by the firewall. Then the TPS connection you have blue, grey and brown. blue is for +5V and grey return signal and brown is ground. connect LTX brn to TPS BRW/BLK, then GREY to GRN/BLK and BLUE to BRW/WHT. The GRN/RED doesnt connect to anything. i hope this help.
