IA need help with 1987 rx7 turbo II

randomly i went out to start my car and the seat belt light went on right away and then shortly after the buzzer started going off and stayed on even after i buckled up and it will randomly shut off when im driving and then turn back on but the light always stays on gets really annoying

Test and replace the driver side seat belt switch if necessary.

The buzzer is unrelated though. Check oil and coolant levels.

it did start right after i changed the coolant

does that mean i need to put more coolant in and if so why is it so hard to fill up i have to keep waiting for it to go down takes forever

It takes a while to properly fill and bleed the system. If you have a bleed screw on the left side of the rad where the upper hose connects, open it while you are filling.
