mystery wheel

I am having trouble identifying this wheel. It is on a 82 RX-7 with a Mariah style body kit. The dufus previous owner bent a wheel and didn't consider how hard these wheels could be to find. If anyone has any insight please let me know. Any info will be appreciated. These are 15" wheels. Thanks-Devin
