Losing power in first gear

Losing power in first gear
I found a 91 rx7 on a back road here that was sitting in a driveway and it was obvious that it was sitting there for a while because everything around it was clean and then there was crap all under. Well I contact the owner that owns it and I asked her if I could buy it and if theres anything wrong with it. She told me she had parked it there and bought a new car because the car starts and runs fine but when you put it in first and go it starts to lose power and she doesn't know whats wrong with it. I figured it may be the clutch I don't know... I do HVAC and I offered put put a air conditioner into her house because its a older house and it doesn't have AC. So we agreed that I'd do it and the car will become mine. Anyone have any idea why its losing power after going into first gear and driving for a little bit?

Yeah sorry for making the post vague I tried to type it up quickly before I went to sleep. I started it and it has no problem grabbing ad going into first about after about 200-250 ft it loses power and stalls.

OK
Turbo or NA ?
Any Mods ?
Idle fine 800ish, Not lumpy?
Trans, Rear end problem, Maybe there is a strain on the drive train causing the stalling?
Emergency brake dragging?
Possible low Fuel pressure, Fuel Filter?
For the future, Please give all details about the car that will help people diagnosis the problem. It is hard to tell you things to check when we know it is a 91 FC Rx7

Sorry about this new the the whole rotary thing and I wasn't sure if it mattered if I posted all that stuff or not.
Details in the car:
91 RX7 NA S5 stock engine. This is what its doing it will crank up and then run fine for about 8 secs and then gradually die. It trys to stay alive but eventually dies about 3 secs in total after the 8. I figuered that it would be low fuel pressure but I'm not sure. I'm just gonna try to find a mobile rotary specialist come out and see if they can find out whats wrong.

2. Can you keep the car running by holding down the gas? If so, does it ever improve enough to drive it?

Easy to diagnose fuel problems. I'm local, and I can help you test your fuel pressure. It might come up at key-on, and fall on its face once you start. If not, it could be cruddy injectors or something else.
