One thing you need to do is check the Water thermosensor reading at the ECU. This sensor detects the coolant temp at start up and then decides how much fuel is used depending on the reading of the temp. On a cold start if the sensor reads correctly the ECU elects to inject more fuel than normal because a cold engine is harder to start then a warm one. Normally a warm engine would require less fuel but if the sensor is reading the coolant temp incorrectly then too much fuel "might" be injected upon a warm start.
Pin 2E, Green/White wire, is the Thermosensor at the ECU. Generally the reading will be about 2 to 3 volts on a cold start (low coolant temp) and about .5 volts on a warm start (hot coolant temp). See what yours reads.
