My RX 7 wouldn't start.
It was running perfectly fine by the last owner, then he left it outside for a while (a few years) and my uncle was forced to turn the car on and off so the Seals wouldnt get broken or the pressure didn't drop. He says that ever since that guy left the car, he couldn't drive it. Like the engine would start, the lights and all came on, the AC, but then it would stall or something. I don't know if it's flooded or if it's the "switch" like you said. It can't be something like injectors or a fuel pump right? The car only has 133,000km![scratch](https://www.rx7club.com/images/smilies/scratchhead.gif)
So my problem is it doesn't start. How do I find and change the EFI fuse (what is that even) and if its not the fuse (lets say the car is flooded, what do I do to get it up and going again that will fix this issue from ever happening again.
Thank you guys for your help!

If the car sat for a while (several years as you said) there s a good chance the fuelpump is toast. First look at the fuses under the hood. If you stand in front of your car looking at the engine they are on the right fender side, small black box.
Try to find out if you have spark and that there is fuel getting to the engine. Best is to drain the old fuel and start with fresh fuel. If you have tried to start it but it didn't there is a good chance you flooded it. Try to do a compression test and the de-flooding procedure. Make sure your battery is fully charged!
If you get it running then put some fresh oil in the engine.

EFI fuse is located at the driver shock tower, labelled "EGI".
