Help. 89 rx7 convertible
Need to know what to do ASAP. My car only has 25,000 miles on it and always garaged. It has been sitting for probably 15 years. Not sure if my late husband ever did any maintenance on it while it sat. I sold the house and have to move the car. Do I try to fix it, junk it or try to sell it? It’s a beautiful car, white with black top and blue leather interior. Which route should I take?Located in Raleigh, NC
Thanks
Thanks

Thanks for your input. I have decided to get it fixed, hopefully it won’t need major repairs but it will still be cheaper than buying a new convertible. The other 2 cars that have been sitting as long only took minor tweaking to start so maybe I’ll get lucky with this one. Having it towed to a repair shop next week. Just kinda panicked as I sold the house and thought I needed to move it right away but new owner said it can stay till the end of the month.

Not a ploy
No, not a stealthy for sale ploy. I know nothing about cars, that was my husband’s department. I truly wasn’t sure what to do after reading up on rotary engines and leaving them sitting for years. I was having a hard time finding someone who could work on the car and thought I was in a time crunch to move it. The buyers of my house are awesome and letting the car stay until the mechanic has space in his shop, hopefully next week. But who knows, I may need a stealthy ploy in the future if I decide to sell it.
