Good news for my car

first , it was bad news, As a rotary newb, I blew up my about to go motor , and it was in the shop for months getting bounced around , until i got it to KD Rotary and it will be ready in about 2 weeks from now....My motor was completely destroyed x.x , so i got a j spec with i think it was 45 k and its being torn down , refreshed, and street ported, I am also upgrading to FMIC and 750s in the back, and finally aftermarket ecu. if I am pushing out said horsepower equivalent to what i have put in the car , would it be wise to get an after market fuel pump and obviously change filter? as idk if id have to get it tuned (probably if im going performance pump) and what not, i would've replaced it by now , but Ive been separated from the car for forever!!also, is there much else i can do for power other than going after market turbo at this point?

Year/model?

If you're talking about a TII, upgrading the fuel pump is about the first thing you should be doing. What pump you choose depends on your power goals. For a stock turbo, an FD pump is perfect.

I got an 88 turbo 2 but I am getting a 89? or is it 90? -91 motor put in ..... yeah... and i m looking into after market turbo... I wanna be in the 300s for horsepower ...basicall wanna get my moneys worth while the motor bay is empty , save on labor and obviously tuning charges .... would the FD pump suffice for said purpose or?

Putting an S5 engine into an S4 car can create some serious wiring problems. See the FAQ for alternatives. My suggestion would be to strip it down to the short block & manifolds, swap on the S4 front cover, and use all S4 sensors/wiring/ECU.

An FD pump is good to roughly 300 WHP depending on fuel pressure. For more than that my choice would be a Supra TT fuel pump.
