FD3S: Problem with water temps.

I rebuilded motor and changed twins to singleturbo. New waterpump and thermostat. That was mazda oem thermostat. "N3A1-15-171" 82c
Turbo is now only oil cooled pt6266.
V-mount and basic mods.

Water temps stay in city and low speed cruising at 80-82c.
But when speed is 60mph and above water temps drop to 78-79c, and then powerfc richens fuelmixture too rich.

And if i but water temperature corrections from 50-80c to 1.0 i got too lean afr when its cold. But when car is warm it drives good.

how i resolve the problem?
