FD 4500Rpm problem
Ok sproblems fly purchased my 93 FD and I've come across a few problems. All ive done so far is change the oil I'm not sure what he did before I bought it, but right now it backfires a good amount when shifting or letting off gas at low rpms 4000 or less, and when WOT it runs smooth through 4500rpms then it hesitates/studders through till i shift then pulls fine again till 4500rpm. And when I start it up sometimes it will stall out within 2 seconds and there's has been 3 times that it stalled when coming to a stop sign. Also not sure if it's normal or not but the oil pressure is passed 100 on my gauge when full throttle. Any help here.

Without knowing the modifications on your car, there are a few too many things that could cause your issues. It's hard to start somewhere without confusing you more. Rather than an internet diagnosis, my best advice is to get it to a shop familiar with FD's and let them sort it out.
There is this recent thread started by a guy in VA that has several different suggested rotary specific shops.... https://www.rx7club.com/new-member-r...-area-1008410/

Stock is actually a good thing if you're having to diagnose an issue yourself. FIRST...I would get a copy of the Factory Service Manual and start reading in the trouble-shooting pages. If you can't get a hard copy, a downloadable version is availabe in the 3rd Gen. section stickys for free.

Ok, so some more information to hopefully help pin point this issue. I believe the issue is starting more towards 5-5500 rpm. and the boost first drops to about 7 then to 4 and bounces between 4-5 till shift. Also my friend was behind me on his bike today and it apparently is producing a black smoke when WOT, and it doesn't happen in 2nd and 3rd all the time but in 1st it happens every time WOT.

Helped a bud of mine 4 days ago with similar probs, ended up beeing the fecked up last owner breaking the connector on one of the e-shaft sensors and replacing them with ugly basic cable connectors AND shifting their position, runs way better now.

someone. 1993 Rx7 efini vacuum leak - YouTube
Yep. That's a vacuum leak.
Couldn't really tell what you "plugged in" b/c it's dark but it looks like one of the turbo control solenoids at the UIM isn't plugged in. Take a hard look at the various vacuum hoses around where it is you plugged something into in case you knocked one loose or broke one.
