Huh?
What exactly are you talking about? I gather something about a 13B-REW swap into a 2nd gen, but that's about it.
When you ask a question, you need to be very specific and informative on what you are looking for.
And I suggest that someone who does not know which spark plugs are leading and which are trailing rethink the idea of a 13B-REW swap.

To mount the REW into the 2nd gen chassis, all you need to do is bolt a crossmember to the rear iron (that's where the REW mounts) and then weld it into the appropriate position of the 2nd gen subframe. Use the transmission mounts to line it up and maintain driveshaft length. Use the 2nd gen TII transmission.
Don't take my advice as criticism. This is the new user forum, where criticism is not tolerated. My style of posting lately has been very direct with short and sweet responses, which can be misinterpreted as rudeness. If I wanted to be rude, I would have pointed out that this is one of the most commonly asked questions on this forum and a search would turn up all the most relevant info.

The ECU won't really help you. While it can be used, it's almost pointless to do so. The capability of the FD ECU is very limited even compared to the FC ECU with regards to modding. It's one of the reasons that one of the first upgrades for FDs is a complete standalone. It is therefore best to start this swap with the intention to use a standalone.
