Exhaust rattle on deceleration

i just bought a 94 fd and it has a couple bugs... the one that really bothers me is this noise on deceleration when you let off the throttle... it sounds like a rattle or a dry clutch on a motorcycle if you've ever heard one... i put the car in the air and its coming from the downpipe/turbo area like inside the downpipe like theres marbles rolling around in there lol... what in the hell could this be? is it the turbo making noise? they are new spec 99 turbos with an aftermarket downpipe... any info on this would be great....
