Pull the fuel hose at the inlet in the engine bay. Put the hose in a bottle and jump the fuel pump Relay and see if youre getfing fuel. It doesnt make sense that your fuel pump runs outside of the tank and not inside of the tank.

Thanks for the help everyone. I was able to figure out the issue just in time before I had to ship my car. I fixed it and made the appointment. I won’t be parting from my dream car. The issue was my sending unit was grounding out when the wiring would get wet from the fuel. Causing the fuel pump not to turn on. I did a temp fix and split the green and orange wire together and made sure it was zip tied high up so that no fuel would get it wet. If anyone has any reference to a new sending unit (fuel level sensor) please lmk. I looked everywhere and no one is selling. Couldn’t find any used parts as well.
