I am currently enrolled in a course on project management. Currently, I also have had the misfortune of having my 85 SE "totalled". Assigned a final project of putting together a project plan for basically anything at my discretion, I decided to make my project to restore my RX-7 to running. Taking it to a body shop and paying them a heck of a lot more than the insurance company is giving me would make for a rather limited project. So here is what I am asking...
Does anyone have an outline of steps for a restoration of a first gen RX-7? This could include recommended modifications, specific parts replacements (i.e. an Atkins Rotary Apex Seals) etc. Posts are invited or I can be e-mailed directly at cbdcarlbdavis@yahoo.com
Thank you!
Carl

Just a thought... does your school have an automotive shop. you may be able to get the body work done for little or nothing so you can focus your funding on more fun stuff
