when the car is cold it always floods ive been parking on hills to get the car to start after it starts it runs fine . here where i'm confused a while back i wanted to replace the fuel sending unit so i pulled up the carpeting to the harness and wiring short time after that flooding problem started so i started disconnecting the harness from the fuel pump i thought that this would solve the problem but it just floods a little less now also im loosing coolant im going replace my radiator cap and the cap next to the housing i think its the filler cap would a compressing check telling me if i need new water seals ?? and would bad water seals cause the flooding oh and ever since the flooding started the oil psi has been lower y any help please
