Bridgeported FD extreemly rich starts have to bleep throttle to get it to fire

Ok.
I have been a professional tuner for the last 8 years, I specialize stand alone systems the company i work for is WOLF EMS authorized dealer we mostly tune in Nissan, Toyota, Porsche, Audi, BMW. i have tuned a few lambo's and a few Ferrari's. we have a FD here at the shop we just finished, im having a very hard time getting this thing to start. it is utilizing the apexi PFC. so first let me give you everything we have so we are all on the same page.

93 fd3s
Half Bridgeported 13b-rew
2mm apex seals
one piece corner seals
built by BDC
we are running a Emphasis Motorsport long runner tubular exhaust manifold
vibrant performance 50mm wastegate
custom machined gt40r
oil modded completed
coolant mod completed
Emphasis Motorsport v-mount kit
550 primary's 850 secondaries (we are doing this to break the motor in under 6psi. one the motor has broken in and the engine is ready for power we will be removing the injectors and going to 850p and 1650s.
the spider web has been removed.
ok so when you start the car you have to crank at it like 6 times then you will hear it load up. wait 2 seconds bleep the throttle and it fires. our afr's are sitting at 11.2 at this point and you have to throttle this thing up for about 30 seconds to get it to idle. once it is idling afrs sit 12.5 to 13.0. and it will idle at this rate for as long as you want. the moment you put the car in load it wants to stumble and die. then the big problem happens "good luck getting it started" it turns in to the battle of ages. now i have tuned rx-7 before and have never seen stock injectors run that rich and cause this big of a flooding issue. now we have checked for leaking injectors and that is out none of them are leaking. i have adjusted the fc data logit maps and nothing. its mainly a starting issue once we get this figured out the tuning of this car will go just fine but the owner at the shop will not allow me to put it on the dyno for tuning untill it starts by its self with out touching the throttle and will restart once its warmed up and shut off.

Please any one who really knows help????

Ok so I finally got pissed off with it, I warmed the car up and performed a compression test, found some extremely in satisfying results..... Front rotor 25/25/25 rear 50/50/50. Motor came out today and is being shipped back to BDC tuesday just thought I would close the subject and let everyone know the issue. Moderator feel free to delete thanks
