so i recently picked up a 91 fc3s with a blown n/a motor and i want to swap it for a 13bt but dont have the time availible to out in the hours to get it done
so my question to the forum is..
does anyone know of a garage in the tacoma area that works on rotaries and will be able to do the swap if i provide the parts?
also i need help locating an s5 13bt ive been searching the internet and all things point back to japan2la but i cant figure out how to get ahold of them

Not familiar with your area, but you might check with Pineapple Racing in Portland. I have no connection with them, but they are a pretty well known shop. Looks like they're about 150 miles away from you. http://www.pineappleracing.com/

i read about that swap on here i mean i would like to do it but i wanna stick to the basics so i can get a feel for the way the car is supposed to be lie before i start any huge mods

any turbo engine swap is going to mean extra costs and some complications, so "basic", is at best, relative. that said, you're going about it the right way. use an engine setup that was available in the Gen II, it will simplify installation as much as can be expected, and still set you up with good potential. a Series 5 block gives you many of the physical advantages any of the younger series' engines have. stick with your original choice of the S5 13BT.

well i gotta wait till the 7th to see if japan2la has a motor for me
and i think i found a dealer that will install it for me i just dont have the time right now to get it on the road
