Amount of Fuel Hose Needed on S5 TII?
Hey Everyone,
I am currently in the middle of doing an S5 TII swap and have been looking for information on the total amount of fuel injection hose that I need in order to replace all of the fuel hoses in the engine bay. Unfortunately, there is currently nothing in the engine bay so I do not have any reference to go off of. I've done some searching and have only found info on the type and size of the hose, not the total amount needed. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

If you just mean what's needed to go between the fuel rails, I'd say no more than 3 feet. If you want to include the hoses running down to the fuel return hardline & fuel filter (feed side), it would be more like 10 feet. And make sure it's 5/16" high pressure FI hose. Your typical FI hose will only be rated to about 50 psi, which is below the max fuel pressure you could see under boost.
