Does anyone have an electrical Schematic for the start circuit? I have a 91 RX7 with a problem. It has been in storage for 9 years and now has a starting problem. I drained the 9 year old fuel (it had a full tank) and ran new fuel up past the filter. The engine starts but as soon as you let the key go it quits. The ignition is good but the power to theinjectors
is lost when you let the key go to run. Do you have a schematic for the engine start circuit? That would be great.

Unstore info: http://www.aaroncake.net/rx-7/unstore.htm
FSMs and wiring. More in the FAQ: http://www.rotaryheads.com/PDF/2nd_gen/

The start circuit is not involved with keeping the engine running after you let go of the key. At that point, the fuel pump is powered via a separate signal & the ECU and sensors are used to keep the engine idling. I would start by checking for trouble codes: http://www.johnr.com/cpucodes.html. You should also replace any rubber hoses and filters that are part of the fuel system.
