88 T2 boost issues

Own a 1987 T2. Passed owner said the motor has 80k, motor is painted blue with " j & m " stampep, so I'm guessing that it has already been rebuilt. Already did a full fluid exchange.

SOrry to start with a plead of help, but I've been trying to find out for myself for 2 weeks now why I lost boost. I replaced the slave, clutch, and pivot fork ball 2 weeks ago. Put everything back together as it should, lines and all. Pull out of the driveway, go in first gas it to 6500, shift to 2nd with boost then after that nothing.. im getting vacuum but no boost

I've checked vacuum lines, piping, cuplinks, turbo is fine. Idk what else. . New to turbo as well.
