Can I swap a Turbo engine/Jspec engine/13BT/etc into my Non Turbo?
Yes, check these links:

What Turbo kits can I add onto my non turbo RX-7?
There are no longer kits formally made at the time of this post, however there are companies from time to time that do make available non turbo to Turbo Kits. Because most of these companies stop building the kits, or go out of business in short time, it is impossible to keep active links for them.
Most people that turbo a non turbo make their own kits:
Using the stock TII turbo, exhaust manifold with spacer, NA intakes and NA ECU:

Honestly it depends on how much boost you want to run i belive you can run up to 8.6 psi stock anything about that you will have to start moding fuel pump injectors and if you go extreme then internals

If you intend to run 8 PSI on the NA engine, you will have needed to upgrade the injectors before that. The factory ECU cannot drive the NA injectors hard enough to supply enough fuel for 8 PSI.

Correct, NA 2nd gen 13Bs run 4 x 460CC, while turbos run 4 x 550CC.
The difference is easy to figure out. 1840CC / 2200CC * 100 = ~83%. So you have about 20% less fuel with the 460CCs then the 550CCs. And considering that 8.6 PSI is fuel cut on the TIIs and 5.5 PSI is stock, that's a significant difference in fueling. With a standalone, you could probably get by with 4x 460CC as you can run them at high duty cycles, but really it's not enough injector.
Elevation can make a big difference of course, but generally that's not included in the discussion for a number of reasons.
Are you honestly comparing a turbo Honda to a 13B turbo? Do you think that these engines share anything in common?

To be honest, I'm not even sure what that last post means. ![Smilie](https://www.rx7club.com/images/smilies/smile.gif)
It is very difficult to understand posts when they are made in shorthand and don't follow proper English conventions.

If you want to go turbo buy a turbo II engine with harness and ecu. It's harder and harder to find s4 TII's but you can find s5's all over ebay for around $1200 shipped. If you plan on running higher than 8-10lbs on the stock turbo, buy the tII transmission and buy a mazdatrix driveshaft as well.
Either way, doing an engine swap is probably going to be marginally cheaper, easier and faster than boosting your six port. You have to peice together your own kit. Most people would recommend you go stand alone (haltech, power fc, etc.....) and find a well known rotary tuner with GOOD feedback.
