13b n/a to turbo
#3
See the 2nd gen FAQ at the top of this forum for info on turbo swapping and converting NA engines to turbo.
Generally, NA-Turbo conversions end up blowing due to the increased difficulty in getting it right. The 9.4:1 & 9.7:1 NA rotors make it much easier to detonate and break apex seals. A standalone EMS is recommended.
A straight TII swap will be easier to do on a budget, and will be safer since they run 8.5:1 & 9.0:1 rotors.
