Any person that has a garage they've been able to fix any problems I've had. Then again, I can see a bunch of people not having a clue how to work on it, and saying, "No!".
Might need a FSM and get to work on it yourself :p

ya i tryed with the manual i mean i work on cars alot just am new to rotary. I will try and explain the problem as good as i can.
i bought this 91 non turbo 13b and the dumbass i bought it from put turbo injectors in it and drove it for awhile and removed the smog pump then i guess he let it sit for like 6 months. so when i got it i put the right injectors in it and tryed fireing her up it took awhile i mean like 1 hr then it smoked alot....alot burning the extra fuel from the injectors i guess but when it ran it had a bad miss so i put new plugs made sure the wires were on right and took omh readings on the coils. everytime i would turn it off and try to start it again it barely started and would flood out if it didnt start like i had to pump the gas fast at like 3/4 to full throttle. so then i went over evey sensor on the car took readings all in spec. and then i found a stuck fuel pressure regulator. got a new fuel rail with a good fpr and i put a new fuel pump in it. got it started like 1 time i think and it still ran like ****. when i first got the car and started it it sounded fine but had a miss. so after changing the fpr and the pump she hasn't started and i dont have the old fuel rail but i no for fact it was stuck. so it has been sitting with me out of ideas and i dunno what is up with it.
i called like 40 different shops in the area and no one touches rotary lol. except a dealer and all he said was i could bring it there for a diagnostic reading for 119.99 but my check engine light isn't on so i dunno what that is going to tell me.

your really going to have to take a compression test. i had a FRESH rebuild sitting dry for about a year and i had to try different things to get it running, and i could of saved about a weeks time on it if i would of just did the compression test first..

Yes a compression test will tell you if it worn out or has a stuck seal.As for a rebuild it will vary by who you take it to and what all has to be replaced. If it needs a rebuild make sure you get someone with a good reputation to do it or else you might be getting back a basketcase.

This sounds like you might have stuck injectors.
I suggest you lift the rail, pressurize the fuel system, and carefully apply 9v to the injector. On my FD I did this by connecting a wire to the appropriate pin at the ECU, and the other wire to the main fuse. The injector should make a nice spray.
Or just send out the injectors for a flow test and cleaning.
