Whats your road like?

Coming home from school was a SERIOUS lesson in car control for me. Roads were terrible and the car i'm driving doesn't have ANY tread on the tires (it's my bro's car, and he's away at college so my parents haven't changed tires for him yet, but mine's in the shop so i'm driving it...anyway) so basically i was practically spinning and going sideways around everything including on the straight sections of the road. Had to drive at 15mph the whole way home still sideways for most of it. Never once actually lost control and spun completely. Felt kinda good, but i DEF. won't be going anywhere tomorrow if the roads are still bad.
Hope that made some sort of sense

11:15 and south jerz isnt that bad about a 2 on the ground, with the main roads just wet or a bit of slush, the others slushy/sloppy, and with Sicklerville part of Winslow twp AKA The Township That Never Salts are 2 inches of slop.
Murano AWD + Bacon + no one on the roads= lotsa 4 wheel drifting

We barely have a dusting, but do have some ice though. My friends and I are waiting for the first big snowfall for our annual ******* around with all our rwd vehicles, and the first times for my RX3 wagon.

Stuck at home myself Dave... that is some REALLY heavy snow... they hadn't blowed this AM, and my commuter wouldn't plow through the lousy 5" or so we got.

Wow you got more than I did then. My road did not get plowed by 10 this morning. I got bored and went to work in my Jeep. Now I am hoping I dont get killed by falling tree branches. You should see my yard. It's covered with tree braches covered in ice.

ive got about 4" of sleet and snow on my road, all compacted into a solid sheet. i tried to take the 7 out of the driveway to shovel around it... and ended up having to shovel the street to get it back into the driveway. fuzion zri 265/45/zr18s on the rear = no traction. Well NYC wasnt that bad, but the roads werent cleaned yesterday by the city, cuz they thought it was going to rain and the snow would melt, but the rain came as lil bits of hail and ice!
But today the roads are a bit more managable

I'm in the blatimore/towson area and yesterday the roads were fine. Today I have no idea about them because I cant get my car out of the parking lot. I didn't try all that hard, but when I couldn't get out of my parking spot and I watched all the mustangs spin there wheels and not make any progress I quickly gave up and called out of work
