Your brakes fail at life. And there is only 2 maybe 3 steep hills that way. Ive went down steeper grades with 90klbs behind me and havnt had any real problems.

actually no my brakes didn't fail, i was just showing an example of how steep some of the grades are around there and i could of stopped if i applied the brakes harder. they have runaway truck ramps all over the highways out there which i believe these roads have 5% grades or something. anyway morgantown is not active enough for me to wanna live there.

im in the wvu engineering building right now. This town is a little hard on my fd cause of all the hills, and i think ive got the only fd in the area. I know of a few fcs though.

WVU is a blast. It might be located in west virginia, but it is nothing anywhere close to stereotypical wv. You are 20 mins from the md border and 3 mins from the pa border. Nice thing about this town is its almost entirely populated by college students and people who work for the college. Every bar night is full of college kids (yes girls too) Everyone for the most part is very friendly here. MUCH more so than other campuses ive visited. They are currently building the **** out of the town so housing is going up. My apt next year is 1000 a month for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom.

The academics of the school depend on what you are going to persue. Our engineering school is extremely creditable. Business school is real good. ect ect... They have just built a bunch of new campus buildings too so chances are you will be in a building built in the last few years.

Nothing i can say could come close to explaining how fun the sports side is here. With WVU football entering next season ranked #2 in the country, and our basketball making the sweet 16 the last two years in a row its been fun.

As for the nay sayers, they havent been here yet and run on the wv stigma and need to get their heads out of their asses

Mike

i wasn't standing on my brakes i had them lightly applied, and i wasn't in my FD... i was traveling on the highway that takes you through maryland to I95. I didn;t ck out any bars or clubs when i went to morgantown maybe the nightlife is good, but the hilly terrain is too much for me.... wait til it snows and freezes the roads... lol my mother in law slide down a frozen road then the car following her slide down the same road and plowed into the back of her!!! **** that!!!

Im in the hagerstown area, not to far from WVA. My one complaint is the hills. OK well two complaints, the car kids around here are just that, kids. Not to many people who actually get out and meet. I co-operate a car club out here thats been together for only a month and weve only managed to get three other 7 owners out and weve counted 14 diffrent 7 owners in the are that weve been in contact with.

There are more elevation changes than there are turns to enjoy. The mountains are great though. Alot of the mountainous area that runs Blue Ridge in this area are consistant grades and are more than worth the drive to them. As a matter of fact I think this summer our group is going to just drive all around PA, MD and WV and review the roads for our website.

Whats even better are the highways that run thru the mountains...I wasnt on my brakes though. Just decelling...

EDIT: just checked your profile and it says you work for turboXS. thats gotta be you!

Wanna make the trip worthwhile?

During your free time, make the trip to NYC, you WONT regret it. NYC has some of the finest women and theres plenty to do, nightlife over there is outstanding.

BTW, to the dude that posted a pic of his cluster, put some gas in that bitch!! lol

Patman is interning at toyota this semester, and his 13b blew up so hes building a 20b. I talk to him every now and again, he should be back here in motizzle fall semester.

Haha, ulost2my7...

That was a "race weekend" we usually keep our cars around a quarter tank friday thru sunday just for hitting the strip and highways and running mountains. Mountains we actually keep closer to half tank which is why we keep those runs to sunday.

Besides at that point there was far more wrong with that car other than gas.

Dont worry, there should be that much of cam 2 in it come this summer.
