Wow, that was a HARD launch! I can't believe how simple the 2 step sounds. Let me be the first to congratulate you on the 9sec pass at the next event. Man, the car just took off, congrats!

Thanks Anthony and Cris. I don't know my 330' time cause I took so long when I hit the sand pit! lol....Only reason I knew the 60' is the tower guy announced it. Nice to know I finally can launch this thing though. It took long enough.

Stocker with 118k on it, lol. Ray had it sitting in the shop. I sold the PPG to Turbotommy in NJ. Gear ratio's better suited his 20B.

i was thinking that the first gear only "seemed" long cause he really didnt have full traction but just enough. hard to explain.

Eric, Rob is a funny guy. That run was good and bad, lol. It was a hillbilly track and there were no lights that come on when your done the 1/4. Well, I usually am done at the top of 4th so when I didn't see any lights come on I just kept on the gas till the top of 4th. But I didn't think about the fact I missed a 3rd and shifted into 5th, then back to 3rd. Everyone said I went through the traps in 3rd gear so I continued to accelerate after the 1/4!! Wasn't till I saw the sand trap did I realized I'd better stand on the brakes! I didn't damage anything, but my ego. I had about 100lbs of gravel in my undertray when I got home. So now my car is in the bodyshop. It gave me the excuse to put my burnout front bumper, Feed carbon sideskirts and RE-Amemyia sleek light kit with the air induction on....

Sorry about the damage but that story was pretty funny! That is definitely something that could happen to me (or Roan!) On another note, I played your vid for a few coworkers who are hardcore into mustangs and I watched their faces with that launch. They were all in shock! They were like "holy ****"

They also had no idea that was your car, they thought it was mine. I did not correct them so when you run 9's I'll just show them the vid of me running 9's
Are you gonna make the event this week at etown?

Anthony

No problem! We know your my brotha from anotha motha!
E-Town: Probably not. I would need that engine pan to be legal. If I can get Ari or Ray to make one real fast, I'd go, but I doubt they'd be able to make it in time.
