registration is $7 payable through paypal which covers prizes
to race it will be $15 per racer and car and $10 general admission for spectators (payable at the richmond speedway gate) We will be allowed to make as many runs as we want during the 4 hour period at the track. Gates will open at 5 with runs from 6-10 pm

track follows IHRA Rulebook - Basically, each driver will have to wear long pants, at least a short sleeved t-shirt and seatbelt and a helmet if they run 13.99 or faster. These rules are in play regardless of program selected. For a 10 second car, they require a roll cage and 5 point harness and Snell 2000 helmet check out the IHRA rulebook for more information
I am now looking for a location for us to hold the car show. If any of you who live in richmond and know of a weekly local show held on fridays near the Speedway please chime in. Also if you know of a special car show that day that woud be great.

I would like to come and would also be willing to head up whatever organization you need help with for the FC group. Tell us a little bit more about the racing/track aspect of the meet.

 

We are still looking for a parking lot that is free in richmond we were looking at the mall near the dragway but have not been able to get ahold ofthe manager/owner. If you have any ideas where we could have this please post. If you could please contact the people and get permission that would be even better. For the drad racing we will be going to the dragway for there test tune night depending on howmany cars are there we can have differant classes for each type of car. If not we will have trophies/ certificates. I have been having alot of trouble getting FC guys involved if you could get people interested that would be great

10pm---- whenever There is a local meet I will be going to who ever wants to score a few kills is welcome to tag along there are also some bars in richmond we can hit up

 

If I'm not at VIR and the girl is willing I may swing by in my black FD. Would be my first time to the strip <- no trophies here.
